A very quiet morning.

On a morning when the most notable property event was a broken paling in a gate my visit to Warehouse Stationery was a bit of a highlight. I sell collectable number plates on Trade Me and find the A3 paper to be an ideal size for wrapping them. At $28 per 500 sheets this is 5.6 cents per sheet. I don't bother factoring this into the postal costs.
