Frustration

Not long ago the Christchurch City Council completed extensive drainage replacement and resealing outside work. It seems that the seal was not prepared correctly as the area has sunken badly. Today they are digging up and redoing the tar seal work. I now have a better understanding of the excessive rates bills that we all pay!
