Today's the day ......................... to be dull

It started getting dark today, before it had got light. That's what I hate about this time of year - and it's going to get worse before it gets better, isn't it?

These were the brightest things that I saw today. I wish I could say that they were in my garden - but they weren't. I had to climb over a wall to take a picture of them - so I hope you think it was worth it ......................?!
