Tonight in #Huddersfield

After a busy day at work, I called in at the station in Huddersfield to check out the new "pop up" bread shop which is there every Wednesday. On my way out I was approached by the characters Jack and Meg (pictured) who were canvassing votes for The Peoples Millions.

They are part of an organisation called Crossing The Pennines . They have been on ITV tonight as part of The Peoples Millions where viewers vote as to which deserving organisation receives £50,000. They are seeking to restore packhorse track over the Pennines so that brave souls can walk over to the Dark Side.
