Thanksgiving Eve

Nice mild day, 16 C in Portland. I met a friend for a walk and lunch, a coat was almost too much! In the afternoon I worked outside, still getting things ready for the winter. Just before sunset the sun peeked out of the clouds, here across the neighbor's field. Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate it! We are going to gather with our daughters' families for a feast. I'm hoping we all come with thankful hearts!
