After an intense rainstorm (the hardest rain I've ever seen anywhere - I wear glasses and at one point when I stuck my head out of the front door I involuntarily closed my eyes), the sun came out and made the puddle behind our building look like a lovely little marsh.

I couldn't find a decent picture in there, but I found this great light.

(edited August 7th to make it B&W for monochrome August - unfortunately the subtle and very nice color is lost - the picture was very much composed in color - but I think maybe something was gained as well)
