Goodbye Luxury!

We had to say goodbye to our life of luxury today as we packed up and headed to Selkirk for the day. The day started with the most amazing all you can eat buffet with literally everything you could imagine to eat; croissants, cereal, fruit, English breakfast, muffins, pancakes. Literally everything you could want for your breakfast!

We checked out after lazing in the room for a bit, collected the car from the valet and headed to the Borders. Rory's Mum bought us lunch at Costa (although cause we'd had a massive breakfast we only had drinks). We headed back to Rory's so that he could change the tyres on his car to winter tyres in preparation for any snow this winter.

We headed to mine for dinner where we had a catch up with my family and a lovely dinner of steak pie, mash and veg (my ultimate dinner). We headed back to Rory's cottage for the night where we cuddled up on the sofa to watch tv before heading to bed.
