Christmas cake - Stage 1

Today was the very first stage of the making of the Mary Berry Xmas cake for having the whole family to our place this year for Xmas Day.

My part was small, as Sous-Chef de Cuisine being under-chef of the kitchen to Paladian. She said I was good at cutting up glacé cherries, so that was my role. Look for further updates from Paladian in the days ahead.

The other small red pieces are cranberries.
