Same view different day!!!

Still in color with no filter.
This morning, still no power.
We filled up the generator 3 times. We went to breakfast.
Boy was I in a bad mood.. Seriously. No heat or power and dirty hair, give you no patience.
At 1245 power was restored. 41 hours later. Our neighborhood was one of the last to get power as a tree fell on wires. I posted pics on Facebook. If you want to friend me let me know.
So here I sit really needing a shower which I am off on my way to enjoy.

Oh and my pies? Apple and pecan. Two of the best I have made. Tony has started to sleep on my bed. Big progress!
So thanks for listening to my tale of woe.

Btw my father refused to go to a hotel or my sister's house. He didn't want to leave the cats. Before you say I should have forced him , be aware I tried and finally the ultimate decision was left up to him. We kept hm warm and fed.
