From the bottom up

Royal Hotel in York, I was at my first development session as a manager. It was helpful but I think we need to stick to Blue Sky thinking and not end up on another planet in another universe thinking. But feeling like the wee new fish in the big scary pond managed to keep swimming so happy enough.
