Divie Viaduct
From the river bed of the Divie the viaduct rises 50 metres and is 145 metres long. Built in the 1860s , it carried the mainline from Aviemore to Forres and Inverness. today it is part of the Dava Way long distance path from Forres to Grantown on Spey.
Damage from August's spate was apparent, bridges had been swept away and trees fallen taking banks with them.
Today it was very warm walking.
