Run Away!

For once in his life he decided that discretion was the better part of valour.

I'm not sure how he felt when a few minutes later he fell off the edge of the riverbank and into the river but me and Joe had to hold each other up we were laughing so much. Until I had to get over to the other side of the bank and lift him up out of the water. He must have decided he liked it though because later he started swimming out to try and get a tennis ball. If I didn't know better I'd think there was some spaniel or jack russell in there.

Much earlier I had woken up with a fully completed agenda in my head for a tricky meeting next Wednesday so after a quick coffee I was in front of the laptop until lunchtime.

The girls headed into Embra for separate takes on the busiest shopping day of the year (total carnage seems to be the verdict) while me and Joe watched the pug falling into the river, dropped Nana Alice's new phone off for her and then played hangman in the pub for an hour.
