Letter of Christmas Future

Phew felt like a weight had lifted this morning! Woke up in a completely different mood to yesterday, thankfully!

Decided it was time to reclaim our weekend! Unfortunately Angus was now in a black mood instead. We swapped. He discovered another abscess this morning and when the nurse visited she confirmed it. Looks like he has a lot further to go than we imagined and more surgery looks highly likely now. He was really low and took some lifting!

It's probably frowned upon (in his condition) but we decided to take Angus out for lunch to Media City. I'd taken Squidge last weekend and knew it was a great place to go - lots of room to run around and plenty of fab places to eat. We chose family favourite, Wagamamas and went for it - starters, mains, desserts and coffees (unprecedented). Squidge was in a great mood so we capitalised!

Put our tree up today too. Found a letter to myself written in Xmas 2013 hidden amongst the decorations box (I'm weird I know) with lots of handy tips and hints for this year. Number one, "Don't buy a tree until the second week of December, otherwise it looks like a skeleton by the 25th". Errr woops. Should have read that earlier!
