Elf on the shelf

So today passed without too much work stress which was amazing considering how the last few weeks have been. I was braced for a crazy work day but it turns out a chilled weekend, brings a chilled Monday.

Angus and Squidge picked me up early in Alderley at the supermarket and we headed home together with a mini Xmas tree for Squidge's room much to her delight.

Feeling connected with her again and it is lovely.

Tonight we prepared her wooden advent calendar and put the Elf on the Shelf in position ready for the 1st December. Traditions in the making!
