Strathclyde Park

This morning we went for a walk around Strathclyde Park. There was some kind of sailing and rowing event on and the Watersports Centre was mobbed. We didn't realise how cold the wind was until we started walking - this was a good excuse for me to return to the cafe with Kerr and indulge in a latte and a lovely empire biscuit while kerrsdaddy carried on walking with Fudge.

We headed into Glasgow in the afternoon - Kerr had some shopping to do for tomorrow! We had a good look around John Lewis and the Apple Store but couldn't face going to any other shops because it was so busy and Kerr was getting cranky.

We are just back from our friends Julie and Stuart's house where the boys watched the rugby, and I sat and gabbed to Julie while she made lovely chicken soup -must be getting old as this was the highlight of our Saturday night - a bowl of Julie's soup and a can of Pepsi Max!!
