Don't really see why

After I photographed this on a toilet wall (always tricky to take a camera into certain areas but the call of blip is strong), I felt I had to track down the origin.

Perhaps I have watched too many cooking programs but I did expect to see a recipe and hoped to discover which wine was recommended.

All I could find, is that this bit of wisdom is attributed to Karl Pilkington.
