Olive oil...liquid gold

Blip is not the only obsession in town.

I have a great interest in olive oil and olive trees in general.

This particular oil comes from the Tuscan estate of friends who have about 100 trees and generously keep us stocked up.

It is an extremely high quality oil.

Wherever we are in the world I search out olive oils and bring them back home. As the airlines will not allow more than 100 ml of liquid in hand luggage, I have to take a risk and carry it in the hold.

So far, only one disastrous event some years ago.
