Up at the hospital for 8.30 this morning and straight down to the ECT room.

When I woke I had no idea where I was or what had happened. Got a drink then went up to the ward. I have no recollection of coming in this morning or of yesterday. Several other things are muddled in my head and I feel confused.
My teeth are hurting and I feel a bit sick. I'm quite tearful aswell.

I have slept much of the day waking for lunch and dinner.
Tried to read my book for a bit but I have lost the plot, quite literally!
