Secrets of the dam

Bramble and I went down to meadow bank again this evening, but went a bit further and discovered the outflow from the dam. I wanted to get in a bit further for this shot, but was precariously balanced on a branch to take this!

We had a frost this morning, but when I let the dog out this morning the most beautiful hare was sat regally in my drive, not bothered by our presence at all. Wish I'd had my camera!
