Is there someone behind me?

This chap (chapess?) visited the feeder outside the kitchen window just after we'd got back from our blipping bike ride and he was much more photogenic than the other shots in spite of blue sky and sunshine out around the Clent Hills.

We think we rode about 8 miles today and we discovered just how cold it can get on a bike when going down hill with a bit of a breeze. Going to need some better gloves and headgear if we're going to carry on cycling through the winter!

Think he's a sparrow although he looks a bit rotund. Any expert opinions will be welcomed...
