Another Dull Day

When I woke up this morning it felt as though I'd swallowed razor blades, my throat was so sore and my voice didn't sound like it belonged to me.

I've been sipping hot juice all day and lemon and honey drinks and water, but still feels bad.

Was a quick dog walk this afternoon and will be an early night for me I think.
