Silly Season

I’m Christmas card writing tonight! I dislike it, mainly as it’s a waste of tree, although I buy charity cards, but I do always doubt how much of my fiver actually gets to the charity!

Christmas card sending is expected of me, or I feel a pressure to send a card to family members who mean a lot to my parents and to Chris’s grandmother!! So thirty odd cards will be signed, sealed and stamped, even if I haven’t seen said recipient for 13 years or longer!!

This time next week, I will be on a jet plane heading for my summer holiday!
