Orientational Optimization

A sketch of how my algorithm might choose which of the neighbors of a selected atom will undergo orientation optimization with it. Sketch is not very indicative of what i wanted as it is not drawn in 3d and the atoms dont show their patchy surfaces.

If you are reading this and could not understand any of the things in the previous paragraph...so do I.
