A baby "horny toad"

My new camera arrived a couple of hours before this photo was taken. I barely had a enough of a charge but I took it out into the desert anyway. A few minutes into our walk my wife spotted this little (about 1.5 inches long) guy because it moved - otherwise it is almost invisible. Its camouflage is amazing. Maybe that is why this was the first time in almost 10 years living in the desert that we have seen a baby and we have only seen a couple of adults.
