Reflections

A reflective day, this. Two good friends on opposite sides of the world lost close family members yesterday.

I've been reminding myself that all we can be sure of having is this moment. And I've made myself a promise to try to use each day well. It's all too easy to simply go through the motions of 'eat, sleep, work' and forget to laugh and play too.
