Reasons to be cheerful...

1. This wreath makes me happy for many reasons, and not least because it really is quite lovely. It also makes me happy as I admire creativity, hard work and enterprise and it is the result of all three. It was made by the sister of someone I was at primary school with who has just set herself up in business. I was the recipient of invoice #1 and today the delighted recipient of this wreath.

2. My webinar run on a new technological platform was a slightly hairy roller coaster of a ride at times but ultimately went well and everyone was happy.

3. I am really enjoying reading Pippi Longstocking with Anna.

There are others but songs are there to be obeyed.

And there are reasons to be less cheerful as Carl came home in a taxi unable to walk as his back has completely seized but I don't recall a song about that so I won't mention it.

Is it really Friday tomorrow?
