The Tide Is High

As no real photo opportunities presented themselves today the temptation to continue with the song title theme was too much. This was taken on my lunchtime run perfectly timed to coincide with the only downpour of the day. I like to think the added virtue is good for me. Don't feel obliged to correct me.

A rather relaxed and productive day...school run, coffee with friends, completed the work I needed, ran, made a start on the photo albums, booked a hair cut, bought some presents, sorted two self defence classes for parents at school, arranged for the oven to be cleaned, collected the kids, dinner for them, Anna and friends to and from drama class, Jackson to and from football and salmon curry made.

Now - film, sofa, curry & wine - let the weekend begin!
