Beautiful Baltimore

This is the Baltimore National Aquarium. The national aquarium has 4 amazing exhibits. There is the dolphin and jelly fish expo, a deep blue sea expo, amazon expo, and an Australian expo. We watched a dolphin play session and it inspired me. I would love to work with marine animals in my dream job. This is Spirit. Spirit is a baby dolphin and is 6 years old. Spirit’s mom was a 51 year old dolphin named North. In the deep blue sea part of the aquarium, you traveled from the surface of the ocean to the depths. It started out with a coral reef and small fish with the occasional black tip reef shark lurking by. As the exhibit went on, you could see deeper into the ocean and view bigger fish that looked scary and deformed but their vibrant colors attracted your eye. On the bottom of the ocean was the big bad shark tank. There were 10 types of sharks swimming in this blood thirsty exhibit. The sharks ranged from 150lbs-400lbs and you felt thankful that the glass was 10 inches thick. It was an amazing day and I can’t wait for my next trip to the Baltimore Inner Harbor National Aquarium.
