5th Door of Calendar: Eve of Independence Day

An evening with kids, teens. Good food, candlelight, time togheter.

The Independence Day of Finland is tomorrow. My hubby - the dad of these teens - is again in his working journey. This time he is working for the live additional show of the national independence party (6.12.) - first time in the internet! I added the link here, as the show should be able to be seen all over the world. Glamour and stylish gowns from the presidential castle!

Finland is a part of EU, of course, but the Independence Day is very important day to us finns. Many restaurants are full of people already today.

Both of our teens have made so much effort during the autumn, in gymnasium, that I liked to offer them a classical good meal in some lovely restaurant tonight. Nice relaxed evening we had in Trattoria Tammer , chatting over a great meal - but too small portions to my son. Our restaurant chosen was fully booked later this evening, but there was table for three as we dined before 7pm. ;)

In my Advent Calendar here in Blipfoto is an opportunity to open a door every day in December, a door including some nice video clip if I find one... Today I'd like to share you a short, only 1minute lasting journey to the finnish nature with great short scenes and live beautiful aurora borealis.
