Omara Portuondo

A last incredible evening in Cuba.

It began with another ride in a '50s convertible.

Then we had dinner at Xanadu

And then we went to a performance of a band with massive links to the original Buena Vista Social Club

Felix Baloy, Jorge Boulet, , Eloy Pozo, Amparo Valdez and Tony Leal were all brilliant, as were the younger band members.

But the star has to be the 84 year old Omara stick thin in high heels and full of energy.
