Who Needs Reindeer When You Have a Can-Am?

The first Saturday in December usually means the Kaituna Christmas Pot-Luck dinner, which raises funds for the local branch of Red Cross.

Santa of course made an appearance, lolly scrambling and pressie giving as every Man in Red should.

It was also a great opportunity to say goodbye to the local community, who have made us feel so very much a part of rural life for the last dozen years. It is sad to say goodbye to so many wonderful neighbours.
