Grave Secrets

I saw this a few weeks ago when I was ambling and after dropping Fraser at school after his appointment I went and shot it.

I haven't been able to find out anything about this gentleman but I will keep on looking. It is in a part of the graveyard that shows little sign of anyone visiting but I have and I will stop by when I am here in the future
