If I'd known you were coming...

My youngest son is home from uni and this afternoon decided to bake a cake. He has never made a cake before so there were a few things to be taught , such as ' what does grease a tin mean'? ( although he's quite good at knocking up meals) and because he's a coeliac , this is gluten free. For a first attempt it was very good!
