Christmas Tat has arrived (and will go soon!!!)

On our way home from somewhere recently (and for the life of me I can't remember where.....) we stopped at some petrol station and Steve just *had* to buy this piece of cr@p thing.

It is basically some liquid in a really bad electric candle with some motor that causes the water to spin and glitter is circulated in the liquid as the light changes colour.

Today has been relatively productive in that I got ALL washing done - normally there are always little bits and pieces that don't get done until next time and then we went out to the shops for a wander. It was the first time Steve and I went out to Hemel for some shopping and it was alright but Watford definitely has a lot more choice.

I can't believe that the weekend is over so quickly yet again. I think this week is going to be quite a busy one. On Wednesday night I have one of my first Christmas Parties of the year and I have agreed to take pictures for the night. Should be fun and at least I will remain relatively sober so less chance of missing any last trains back. Good thing as I have a really busy Thursday ahead so it will not be the day to nurse a headache.
