Days of Respite Ahead

This photo is right at the moment we crested the hill leaving the community of Morro Bay and headed north into Cayucos. I think the camera makes it look darker than it was.

I taught my two morning classes and then we hit the road. We had a date with the Central Coast.

After burning my candle at both ends for the past several weeks, it felt good to be driving toward a few days of respite. Truth is, I've got student projects with me that need to be read, analyzed, and scored. If they don't get done this weekend, oh well!
