Rotating nativity

I have seen a few of these rotating nativity scenes around the French, German and Swiss markets that I have sampled of late. Usually it's to draw attention to where the bar is.

Day 8: there are elements of the nativity scene that we often see that are actually false. For example the number of wise men (there are three gifts but no mention of how many people followed the course of the star). There is also error when the shepherds and wise men are in the same place. The wise men probably didn't arrive at the scene until well after the birth due to how far away they were.

What we can count on though is that the message of the nativity is the truth. There is a baby at the centre of the scene and he came to change the world. This ties in with God's faithfulness and trustworthiness throughout history.
