Bank Holiday

We thought that as the weather was so beautiful, we would make a little trip out to Benahavis, near San Pedro.

I vaguely remember this place from my childhood. My parents brought me here to swim in the rock pools which lie along the narrow gorge below the town.

These little water falls flow into two larger pools below, but I remember them as being much larger then. But I was only about 6 and it was half a century ago!

It was a lovely day out and we intend to return for dinner on Friday and see the Christmas lights which adorn every narrow street.
