Hirst?

This evening I found myself in the village in which I spent my first 9 years, but this time as a visitor helping to rebuild the local canal. We stayed in what appeared to be an old office building, now deserted and owned by the canals and rivers trust (or possibly some other body, I was having trouble keeping up).

Damien Hirst used the building as a 'factory' (if that's the right word) a while back, we had a sneaky look in the old 'out of bounds' rooms - I'd like to think that this is one of his!
