No ferries today

The sky is bright in places but the wind is bitter and the hail stones hit me when walking along here. I called into the Calmac office this morning to see what the girls on the desk thought, not good for today and the text alert confirmed this a few minutes later. There might be a chance for the 12.00 tomorrow.

A quick walk to Tesco's and back to the B and B. The owner Mrs M is used to all this and knows what going on around the area. I am feeling grotty and decided the best place to be is bed and now surrounded by all the paraphernalia of communication and having a cold. It's warm and comfortable.
