Queues

Spent the morning Christmas shopping, and there seemed to be queues everywhere. I never understand why in banks and post offices they have numerous counters, but only ever have two open?! All the others, if they have anyone there at all, have staff busy doing 'other' things. Ach well, such is life.

You really don't want to hear about the weather, do you? Suffice to say it is bad!!!!
