Knock, knock, Knockin'...

... on Heavens door.

This is the front door of Westbury-on-Trym Parish church.

I had to go the the primary care centre there today for an endoscopy.

I have to say, it was not pleasant.

First off, having to sniff anesthetic up your nose - making your nose, and the back of your throat go numb, as well as having a peculiar effect on your eyes.

Secondly, the tried to put the camera up one nostril (but it was too small); and apparently the other nostril was bigger (still felt too small to me).

The sensation of the camera going down your throat - causes a lot of unpleasant burps in the process.

And to make matters all the worse, I couldn't see any of the pictures.

The good news, is that they didn't find anything to worry about in the stomach, although apparently my esophagus (sp?) was quite red, so it looks like they will try a spell of prescription indegestion tablets to control the acid.

Fingers crossed.

Apologies for any Liverpool fans last night, but it was a good end to the game at least.

P.S this is the second most over processed photo I've done to date after this one.
