Training in daylight

Today is Family Christmas Day at work, so all of the residents will have their family and friends coming to visit tonight. This means that I am going to work in the afternoon instead if in the morning. It also means that I have been out for a training session with the boys already. Ahhhh training in the daylight - what a luxury!

Daylight is a big word for what we have today though... It is wet, muddy and grey.

Now it's time for my shower and then the boys and I will go for a walk before I go to work.
