Bullet to Beijing

This morning I visited the Muslim Quarter of Xi'an, and the beautiful Grand Mosque. The market was great fun.

This afternoon I took the bullet train to Beijing, 1189km in 5 hours 30 minutes. An average of 215km/hour, we stopped twice, most of the time the information sign showed 307km/hour. It was a lot smoother than the trains at home!
