Snow is Falling

But the post must get through. Fiona drove us down to work even if I had a car my road was impassable. However by break there was even heavy snow in Sanquhar never a good sign for up the hill and then the power went out. By 11 still no power so the call went out to close the school as there were no hot dinners and staff were worrying about travelling. We had organised to follow someone up so left, as power returned but too late to recall kids. The journey up wasn't great even though we did pass one of those elusive" gritters ". our side was better and even Mum's hill had been done. We still have blizzards but I got this as I cleared the car port in the hope that one day I may be able to drive my car up from sanquahr!
