The Man from Laramie

You though Father Christmas came from Lapland didn't you?

He is actually from Laramie, as this candid shot shows. He has just jumped down from his horse, hence the funny walk. Either that or he's been astride a reindeer all day.

This is Henley Street in Stratford, a hundred yards or so from Shakespeare's Birthplace. Even though the dentist was running late, I was too early for the light show and didn't want to hang around for another hour.

I was in town as I had a double whammy at the dentist's - an appointment with the hygienist, followed immediately by another with the dentist. They said I could have a badge for being so good, but neither of them gave me one when I left.
