Rythym of life

I love these old tiles in Winchester Cathedral. As part of my formation this module I have to create a rule of life - a rhythm to live by that ensures I'm nurtured by God. I went to see a friend today to talk about the Benedictine Rule. In the rhythm I have to incorporate listening, obedience and service. I have to work out a balance between who I was, who I am now and who I will become. Not easy.
