Openback

Some may recall that I have a fondness for banjo music. Especially music played on an openback banjo. No surprise that I had to stop and chat with Michael today as he sat on a bench playing his sweetly tuned openback. The sounds he achieves on his banjo just draw you in and force you to listen deeply. The ancient pluck of the 5 string tugs at something deep within my soul and I can feel the call in my bones.

Michael said he loves to entertain people and enjoys it when people stop to talk. He is a mellow guy, almost shy at first, but his music spoke loud and clear to me today. Thanks for the tune!
