Off for a stroll

A lazy kind of day today. I was hoping for a lie in but that didn't happen. I woke up at 6:50 to find P at the side of my bed gently stroking my cheek! Boy did I wake with a start! I soon scooped her up and plonked her in bed with me though and we had some lovely snuggly cuddles.

We sat and watched films this morning while A napped and then popped to the sorting office to collect parcels that we missed in the week.

P wanted to see the Christmas lights again this evening so whilst Mr J cooked tea we wrapped up warm and took a stroll around the estate. It was like a winter wonderland with sparkly frost still on the pavements and house after house all lit up.
