Christmas tree festival

We've had a lovely day today.

We went to a Christmas tree festival this morning at the church in the village where I grew up. They always put on a good show and this year was no different. Each tree had a different theme and was decorated accordingly, by various schools and groups in the village. P's favourite was the Frozen tree. Decorated in white and blue with pictures of all the characters. Mr J liked the flags of the world tree and my favourite was the Twinkle Twinkle Rainbow star tree. We put a star on the memory tree, had a go on the raffle and won a bottle of wine and P chose some cakes to bring home.

We then went to grandmas house for lunch. She said she would do us a Sunday roast but it turned into a full Christmas dinner! It was super yummy and we were all stuffed afterwards. A then went for a nap and P went to play at her cousins house. We caught up with her later once we had digested our lunch!
