Scarlet and Quiver

Spotted these two beautiful ponies waiting patiently in a nearby street with their owner for a horse-box which was coming to move them to an indoors stable for the winter, now that it is turning cold. Not sure how to describe their coloration, but they reminded me of a Palomino. Any experts out there to put me right?
